摘　　要：本文对小康社会的量化标准与实践效果进行了分析 ,阐述全面建设小康社会的三个转化与新“三步走”战略 ,并提出从世情、国情、党情和民情来把握机遇 ,加快全面建设小康社会的步伐。The paper analyses the quantitative criterion used to evaluate well-off society and its practical effects, details three changes of implementing the drive of well-off society in an all-round way and the'Three-stages' strategy, and proposes that we should consider the conditions of the world, of our country, of the Party and of our people while speeding up the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
