摘  要:在 CO2 存在下进行的碳酸化过程 ,又称过碱度化过程 ,是合成高碱值石油磺酸镁金属化工艺的关键步骤 .研究发现 :对特定的 Mg O及特定的反应物体系 ,存在一临界碳酸化速率和最佳的CO2 通入量 。The carbonating process under the existence of carbon dioxide, also being named overbasing process, is a key step to the synthesis of overbased magnesium petroleum sulphonate. The effects of the rate of carbon dioxide supply on the quality of the product of the process are discussed, and it is found that to a specific magnesium oxide and a specific reaction system, there is an optimal rate of carbon dioxide supply, or critical carbonating rate, and when carbon dioxide is supplied at the rate, the base number and viscosity of the product are the greatest, the precipitate after carbonation is the least. To the magnesium oxide and the reaction system in this study, the critical carbonating rate is 120 mL/min. The effects of the volume of carbon dioxide supply on the quality of the product are studied at the critical carbonating rate, and it is found that when the actual supply volume is 1.5 times of theoretical supply volume, the base number and viscosity of the product are the greatest, and the precipitate after carbonation is the least.
