摘　　要：经济法的基本原则在经济法基础理论体系的构建中具有极其重要的地位。本文从经济法基本原则的概念、确立标准和经济法的调整对象等方面进行了探讨,认为经济法基本原则是维护公平竞争、宏观调控和维护国家经济安全,并对其进行了论述。Based on the conviction that the cardinal principles of the economic law play a vital role in the construction of fundamental theoretical system in economics, the authors investigate the concept, standard, and target of the principles so as to be contributory to the promotion of just competition, macroscopic adjustment and national economic security.
