摘 要:不同抗螟性亲本所组配的F_1代在玉米心叶期,对亚洲玉米螟 Ostrinis furnacalis(Guenée)抗性研究表明,玉米抗螟牲为数量遗传,亲本抗性在杂种后代中具有累加效应,杂种的抗性与双亲平均抗性呈高度正相关。中等以上抗性亲本组配的 F_1代为抗螟型。而以中抗系组配杂种时,不论父本或母本,只要一个亲本为感螟系,则 F_1代均为感螟型。不同水平抗性亲本组配的正反交组合 F_1代差异极显著。The tested results on the resistance of F_1 generation to Asian Cornborer Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)(ACB)in whorl stage from differentcrosses of parent inbred lines possessing different capabilities of ACBresistance showed it belongs to quantitative inheritance;the resistanceof parents has accumulative effect into hybrid descendants,and the resis-tance of hybrids was high-positively correlated with the mean resis-tance of their parents.As the F_1 derived from the cross of parents bothhaving higher resistance than medium level,it will belong to resistantcategory;while it will be in susceptible category if one of the parents,whether male or female is ACB susceptible and crossed with the otherhalf having medium resistance.There were significant differences amongF_1 hybrids crossed by straight and rociprocal combinations of parentshaving different levels of resistance.
