不同湿度下黑点蚧实验种群生命表研究

摘  要:本文组建了黑点蚧三种湿度范围种群生命表。相对湿度70%—90%为黑点蚧生长发育繁殖的最适湿度。这时,每雌产卵量最高,净增殖率和内禀增长率均高,种群数量倍加时间最短。通过对Ⅰ值进行组分分析,相对湿度高于90%或低于70%,均使雌蚧存活率下降,从而导致次代种群数量降低。Three experimental population life tables of citrus black scale Par-latoria zizyphus Lucas under different humidity conditions were estab-lished.The most suitable relative humidity for its development andreproduction was range from 70%to 90%.Among the three humidityconditions,the egg number/female,net reproductive rate(R_0)and innatecapacity for increase(γ_(m))under this condition were all the highestones,and the time for doubling the population was shortest.A com-parison of population trend indices showed that the survivals of femaleswere declined as the relative humidity higher than 90% or lower than70%,causing the decrease of next generation population.
