摘　　要：在21世纪,信息网络建设成为城市发展不可缺少的基本组成部分。本文综合阐述了数字城市的网络信息系统,对网络信息系统的基本框架和关键技术进行了详细的分析。随着通信技术的快速发展,网络信息化程度和水平已成为一个城市经济社会发展的综合实力和文明程度的重要标志。In the 21st century, network information construction has become a necessarily basic part of city development. In the article, it is summarized the network information of digital cities and analyzed the concerning basic frame and key technology in detail . With the rapid development of communication technology, the level and the degree of network information has been looked as an important sign in judging of a city's comprehensive strength and its civilization degree.
