摘　　要：介绍了江苏油田工程院对码头庄、高集、韦庄和陈堡等小断块油田进行了钻井工程整体设计技术和定向井丛式井技术整体开发 ,节约运费 ,缩短周期 ,节约钻机作业费 ,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益 ,因此只有把勘探和开发有机的结合起来 ,才能最大限度地提高勘探开发整体效益。This paper mainly introduces that Jiangsu Petroleum & Engineering Institute has been the body design technology of drilling well engineering and exploration and development technology of directional well and Congshi well for Matou country and Gaoji and Wei country and Chenbao and so on, and the transportation charge and cycle and drilling engineering charge all decrease, and it requires good economic benefits and social benefits. So if exploration and development are combined, it can improve the body benefits of exploration and development.
