樱桃致死黄化病病原研究

摘　　要：在电镜下,樱桃致死黄化病株筛管细胞中,观察到典型的类菌原体,大多数为球状,大小为132—321×168—520nm,无细胞壁,仅有双层细胞膜。抗菌素试验表明,四环素对本病具一定的治疗效果;而青霉素无效。初步认为此病为类菌原体引起的病害。A typical mycoplasma-like organism was observed by electron microscopein the sieve tubes of Chinese cherry with destructive yellow symptom foundin Xi Chang,Sichuan Province.Most of the premorphic bodies were sphericaland dumbell shaped,some beaded chain-like,lotus-root-like,or bullet-like.The body had a peripheral trilamilar unit membrance,but no cell wall,nuc-leus and other memberous structures.In the experiments with antibiotics,tetra-cycline was effective against the disease,but penicillin had no effect.A prim-ary conclusion was reached that the destructive yellow disease of cherrywas caused by a mycoplasma-like organism.
