摘 要:以切片为材料研究了外源物理、化学处理对机械损伤甘薯块根木质素合成的影响。3种物理因素的正交试验结果显示,对木质素合成的影响以温度最大,氧分压次之,相对湿度较小,其最适值分别为35℃、21%和90%。赤霉素、乙烯、生长素、细胞分裂素等4种生长调节物质均可促进木质素的生成,以前两者的作用最为显著。5种化学物质对木质素合成的促进作用,以苯丙氨酸、蔗糖最强,阿魏酸等较弱。The effects of exogenous physical and chemical treatments on lignin biosynthesis in the wounded tuber of sweet potato were studied by using slices as material. The results of orthogonal test with three physical factors showed that temperature was the most effective on the synthesis of lignin, followed by oxygen partial pressure and relative humidity. The optimum physical condition for lignin formation was 35℃, 21% oxygen partial pressure and 90% relative humidity. The four growth regulators (gibberellin, ethylene, auxin and cytokinin) could promote the synthesis of lignin, especially the former two growth regulators. what's more, among five tested chemical substances, phenylalanine and sucrose could increase lignin content greatly, followed by other three compounds.
