摘 要:采用无机化合物活化膨润土合成无机改性膨润土,并将其用于味精废水预处理,回收废水中的有机物。系统地研究了改性剂的种类与用量、絮凝剂的种类以及无机改性膨润土的用量对去除味精废水CODCr及谷氨酸菌体的影响,并进一步研究该处理法对味精废水的适应性。结果表明:利用7 5mg g的改性剂Na2CO3和K2HPO4可合成具有较高处理效果的无机改性膨润土,它与20mg L聚丙烯酸钠联合处理高浓度味精废水,CODCr和谷氨酸菌体的去除率可达58 2%和87 6%,同时回收的沉淀物中粗蛋白质量分数达0 468。Inorganic modified bentonite prepared by inorganic compounds was used in the pretreatment of monosodium glutamate (MSG) wastewater to recover organic matters.The effects of the kinds and dose of activator and coagulation and the dose of modified bentonite on the removal rate of COD_(Cr) and organic matters such as glutamic acid bacteria were studied.The adaptability of the method to the monosodium glutamate wastewater was also studied.Results showed that inorganic modified bentonite prepared by 7.5 mg/g Na_2CO_3 and K_2HPO_4 had good treatment effects.When combined with 20 mg/L sodium polyacrylate on the treatment of high-concentration monosodium glutamate wastewater,it had COD_(Cr) removal rate of 58.2% and glutamic acid bacteria removal rate of 87.6%.It could also recover the deposit with about 0.468 single cell protein (SCP).
