销钉机筒挤出机内物料的流变学分析

摘　　要：　基于牛顿流体模型,给出销钉机筒挤出机内销钉附近流场的应力分布和速度分布的数学表达式,提出销钉消耗功率的计算方法.用天然胶 碳黑混炼胶对销钉消耗功率的计算方法在工业挤出机上进行实验验证,结果表明计算功率与实测功率值有很好的一致性.Mathematical expressions of velocities,shear stresses for Newtonian laminar field near the pins in pin barrel extruder and machine's power are presented. The computed power exhausted by the pins is verified by experiment. It is found for the experimental nature rubber-carbon black compound that there is excellent agreement between computed and experimental values.
