当前我国社会阶层矛盾的性质、特点与基本对策

摘　　要：改革开放后我国产生了新的社会阶层,不同阶层矛盾成为我国政治生活的主题并呈现出许多新特点。社会阶层矛盾是人民在根本利益一致基础上的矛盾,我们要坚持正确处理人民内部矛盾的指导思想不动摇;发挥政府与市场两个方面的积极作用,努力促进公平与效率的统一;实施依法治国方略,确立法律在解决社会阶层矛盾的主导地位;建立和完善社会保障制度,促进不同社会阶层利益格局合理化;健全现代社会阶层分化机制,促进社会阶层的合理流动;落实执政为民的本质要求,切实维护好两个基本阶层的利益。Reform and opening up to the outside world has promoted the new social strata and contradictions of different social strata have become the political theme with new characteristics in our country. We must persist in properly handling the social stratum contradictions among the people. We must give full play to positive role of government and market, and promote the unity of justice and efficiency. We must implement the basic strategy of ruling the country by law, and establish dominant statues of law on settling social stratum contradictions. We must establish and improve social security system, and accelerate rationalization of benefit distribution in different social strata. We must perfect the system dealing with polarization of modern social strata, and promote rational flow of social strata. We must practice essential requirement of reign for the people, and safeguard interests of the two basic strata.
