脱蜡助剂在加氢改质油溶剂脱蜡助滤过程中的作用

摘　　要：以中国石化荆门分公司研究院实验室中压加氢改质的减三线>370℃、减四线>470℃及轻脱>500℃馏分为原料,在溶剂丁酮∶甲苯(体积分数)分别为70∶30、65∶35、55∶45,溶剂比均为3.5∶1,冷洗比均为1∶1,脱蜡温度均为-20℃的条件下,对不同的脱蜡助剂的脱蜡助滤效果在实验室进行了考察。试验结果表明:助剂-3对减三线油的助滤效果最显著,加入0.05%的助剂,油收率提高4.5个百分点,原料过滤速度提高82%,蜡含油降低49.2%;助剂-1对减四线油的助滤效果最显著,加入0.05%的助剂,油收率提高6.5个百分点,原料过滤速度提高74.1%,蜡含油降低15.2%;助剂-2对轻脱油的助滤效果最显著,加入0.05%的助剂,油收率提高8个百分点,原料过滤速度提高46%,蜡含油降低26.4%。Using the fractions of vacuum distillate 3 line oil with cut temperature more than 370℃,vacuum distillate 4 line oil with it more than 470℃,and deasphalted oil with it more than 500℃ by hydrogenate upgrading at laboratory in SINOPEC Jingmen Branch as feedstock,the filtration effects of different dewaxing aids are evaluated at laboratory.The test conditions are as follows:the proportion of butanone to toluene is 70∶30,65∶35,55∶45 respectively,solvent-oil ratio is 3.5∶1,the temperature for dewaxing is -20℃ etc.The results show that the filtration effect of aid-3 for vacuum distillate 3 line oil is remarkable,adding a dosage of 0.05%(m%),the oil yield is increased by 4.5 percentage,the feedstock filtration rate is enhanced by 82%, and the oil in wax is decreased by 49.2%. The filtration aiding effect of aid1 is the best for vacuum distillate 4 line oil,adding a dosage of 0.05%(m%),the oil yield is increased by 6.5 percentage,the filter rate of feedstock is rised by 74.1%,the oil in wax is declined by 15.2%.The aid2 is the most obvious in filtration aiding for deasphalted oil,adding a dosage of 0.05%(m%),the oil yield is improved by 8 percentage,the filtration rate of feedstock is raised by 46%,the oil in wax is decreased by 26.4%.
