摘　　要：真空荧光显示屏(英文缩写VFD)的线路板通常采用丝网厚膜印刷银浆的方法进行制造,但是大显示容量和高显示精度的产品用厚膜印刷的方法无法达到,必须采用薄膜光刻的方法进行制作,虽然此法在国外已用于生产,但在国内生产本公司尚属首家,本文就对薄膜VFD的线路板制造的质量控制要求进行讨论,并给出关键工序质量控制要点。The vacuum fluorescence display(VFD) circuit plank product method is usually to proceed by the method of adoption silver by silk screen with thick film print, But the big capacity and the high accuracy use the thick film to print can't attain, must adopt the thin film exposure to proceed creation, Although this method abroad have already used to produce, still belong to in local production our company is the first, This text is about quantity control to make the thin film VFD circuit plank product the request proceeds discussion, and give out the key work preface the quantity control of important point.
