摘  要:目的评价复合珊瑚羟基磷灰石在骨缺损动物模型中的成骨效果。方法以24只新西兰兔为实验对象,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组8只。分别为CCHA移植组、自体骨移植组和空白对照组。按照标准骨缺损动物模型实验。术后2周、4周、6周、8周对动物进行精神状况、伤口和影像学(X线)观察。每次处死2只动物并取材,以组织学方法对成骨情况、炎症反应情况进行观察。按照Lane-Sandhu评分法评价效果后采用SSPS8.0统计软件进行统计处理。结果成骨效果比较表明CCHA组>自体骨组>空白对照组;炎症反应表明CCHA组<自体骨组=空白对照组。两组均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CCHA的成骨效果好、炎症反应和排斥反应轻,是理想的骨移植替代物。Objective To evaluate the effect of using the combined coralline hydroxyapatite (CCHA) in bone defect rabbit model on bone formation.Methods 24 rabbits were divided randomly into groups A, B and C, with 8 in each group. Every rabbit got a 1.5 cm bone defect in right radius. The three groups were one of graft with CCHA, one of autograft and one of blank control respectively. The general conditions and the wounds of the rabbit were observed at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks after the operation. Their radiograms were also obtained at the same time. 2 rabbits of each group were killed at each observation and studied with histological method. Lane Sandhu s method was used to grade the results. The data were analyzed with SPSS 8.0 statistic software. Results The result of bone formation in group A was better than that in group B, and group B better than group C. The inflammatory reaction of group A was less than that of group B, and group B was the same with group C. The differences in bone formation and inflammatory reaction were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion CCHA is a good material for autogenous bone graft because the effect of bone formation is good and the inflammation reaction is minor.
