多舌飞蓬的生药学研究

摘　　要：目的　对植物药多舌飞蓬 Erigeron multiradiatus进行系统的生药学研究。方法　采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、高效液相色谱鉴定。结果　详细描述了多舌飞蓬的生药性状、横切面组织构造及粉末特征和高效液相色谱法鉴定研究结果。结论　所得结果可以为生药的鉴定 ,质量标准的制定及进一步开发利用多舌飞蓬提供依据。Object To engage in a systematic pharmacognostical study on Erigeron multiradiatus (Wall.) Benth. Methods The cross sections of leaf and stem, the graphs were observed by the optical microscope, and it's fingerprints were given by HPLC. Results Morphological, histological characters of the Chinese folk medicine E. multiradiatus were described and illustrated with line drawing, HPLC analysis of the above drug was also applied. Conclusion These studies provide reference information for further development, quality control, and identification of this crude drug.
