摘  要:采用超高模聚乙烯纤维分别增强高密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯基体,在不同的工艺条件下制备样品,对样品进行纵横向拉伸和剪切性能的测试,探讨聚乙烯自增强复合材料界面性能。Ultrahigh modulus polyethylene (UHMPE) fiber is a kind of high performance fiber, but its adhesiveness is not perfect. In order to improve its interfacial properties, the UHMPE/LDPE and UHMPE/HDPE composites were prepared. The tensile and shear properties of the composites were tested and their interfacial properties were studied. It is found that the fiber volume fraction is the most important to obtain good mechanical properties. In addition, the processing conditions were also discussed. It is expected that the composites which are fabricated under lower temperature and longer time will have good bonding and mechanical properties. The interfacial properties of UHMPE/LDPE are better than that of UHMPE/HDPE.
