摘  要:研究了纯滑石粉和插层、偶联等方法改性处理的滑石粉填充聚丙烯/高密度聚乙烯(PP/HDPE)复合体系的流变性能,探讨了含量、温度、切变速率等因素对复合体系粘度特性的影响。结果表明,复合体系总体上有切力变稀的特性。体系表观切粘度随纯滑石粉和插层处理的有机滑石粉含量的升高而有不同程度的增加;随温度升高、切变速率升高而下降;理论上分析了复合体系中各组分之间的微观相作用。Through testing the rheology property of a serious of PP/HDPE composite system filled with different content of pure talc and intercalating treated organic talc, the effect of different content, temperature and shear speed upon the shear viscosity of the composite system were studied. Results show that the system exhibits shearing-thinning non-Newtonian behavior; As the content of two kinds of talc increases, the apparent viscosity of the system increase at high and low shear rates; the apparent viscosity of the system decreases with the increasing of temperature; micro-phase action of the composite system has been theoretically discussed.
