p53 PCNA C-erbB-2和nm23在乳腺增生症中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究p5 3、PCNA、C erbB 2和nm2 3在乳腺增生症中的表达 ,探讨乳腺增生症癌变趋势的相关因素。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测 5 6例乳腺增生症中 p5 3、PCNA、C erbB 2和nm2 3的表达。 结果 :p5 3阳性表达率为3 6 % (2 / 5 6 ,2例 p5 3阳性者病理伴有乳腺上皮不典型增生 )。PCNA阳性表达率为 80 3% (4 5 / 5 6 )。C erbB 2阳性表达率为 4 7 8% (2 2 / 5 6 )。nm2 3阳性表达率为 0 % (0 / 5 6 )。p5 3阳性者PCNA、C erbB 2阳性表达率为 10 0 % ,C erbB 2阳性者PCNA阳性表达率为 10 0 %。结论 :(1) p5 3阳性表达可能是乳腺上皮不典型增生的重要特征 ;(2 )PC NA、C erbB 2阳性表达的乳腺上皮细胞可能具有更高的增殖活性。Objective:To study the different value of expression of p53?PCNA?C-erbB-2 and nm23 in the fibrocystic disease of breast (FCD) and investigate the factors in the process of FCD turning to breast cancer.Methods: Expression of p53?PCNA?C-erbB-2 and nm23 were measured in 56 cases of FCD by immunohistochemistry (S-P method).Results:Two of 56 cases(3.6%)showed p53 positive. Forty-five of 56 cases(80.3%)showed PCNA positive.C-erbB-2 positive rate was 47.8%(22/56). And nm23 positive rate was 0%.In the cases of p53 positive, PCNA?C-erbB-2 positive rate was 100%.In the caese of C-erbB-2 positive, PCNA positive rate was 100%.Conclusion: The results suggest:(1)In patients with FCD,expression of PCNA?C-erbB-2 might be a maker of adenosis with atypical hyperplasic.(2)The epithelial cell of PCNA、C-erbB-2 positive had a higher potential of hyperplasic.
