摘　　要：简要分析了知识经济时代对信息服务的要求,并简述了新一代图书馆管理系统设计的指导思想、关键技术以及系统和数据库的保护措施。After analyzing the information service requirements at knowledge economy times, this paper discusses the guiding ideology and the key technique for designing new library management system, proposes measures to protect the system and data.
