小克银汉霉属的微生物转化在体外药物代谢模型研究中的应用

摘　　要：微生物学积极地向其它学科渗透 ,利用微生物转化作为药物体外代谢模型较细胞和组织模型有很多优势。小克银汉霉属菌株中细胞色素 P45 0酶系能对多种底物进行高效转化 ,在药物代谢模型方面有广泛应用。文章对此进行了综述。Microbiology infiltrates in other study accumulately.There are lots of adventages by using microbial transformation as medicine metabolization model in vitro compared with cells or organism model.The Cunninghammella Matruchot fungus can carry through highly transfrmation on many compounds by the means of CYP450 and was extensively applied in medicine metabolization model.The article gives a summarize on it.
