茅根冬瓜袋泡茶的配比优选实验研究

摘　　要：目的 　优选茅根冬瓜茶的配比。方法 　采用小鼠利尿试验法及小鼠耳肿胀法。结果 　在 1～ 2 h间 ,A组的尿量比 B组和 C组均有显著增加 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,在 2～ 3 h间 3种比例的茅根冬瓜茶均有显著的利尿作用 ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,5 h内 A组、B组、C组、生理盐水组的总尿量依次为 1.87g、1.70 g、1.65 g、1.46g,但经统计无显著差异。 3种比例茅根冬瓜茶均能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,但组间无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 　 3种比例茅根冬瓜茶均有利尿和抗炎作用 ,其中 A组的利尿作用最快且最强 ,故 A组比例为茅根冬瓜茶的最优配比。OBJECTIVE To gain the best proportion of the gradients of Maogen Donggua Daipaocha(MDD).METHODS Used the diuretic experiments on mice and mouse ear edema modes.RESULTS After giving the MDD,during one to two hours,the urine amount of group A was significant more than group B and group C(P<0.05);During two to three hours all the three proportions of MDD had obvious effects on diuresis(P<0.01 or P<0.05);During the five hours,the total urine amount of each group respectively was:group A 1.87g,group B 1.70g,group C 1.65g,control group 1.46g,But they had not significant difference by statistics.Three proportions of MDD had significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced mouse ear edema (P<0.05).But there was no significant difference by statistics among the three dosage groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Three proportions of MDD had diuresis and anti-inflammatory effects.The diuresis action of group A was the fastest and the strongest in the three groups.So the optimal proportion of MDD was group A.
