前列通胶囊的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 　研究前列通胶囊治疗前列腺增生的药效。 方法 　将去势大白鼠皮下注射丙酸睾酮作为前列腺增生症的实验模型 ,观察给药前后实验大白鼠前列腺的重量、体积及组织形态学的变化。 结果 　给予 ( i.g)前列通胶囊后 ,实验大白鼠前列腺的重量系数和体积明显减少 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,腺上皮细胞高度明显降低 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,腺腔直径增大 ( P<0 .0 1)。 结论 　前列通胶囊对实验性前列腺增生症有明显治疗作用。OBJECTIVE To study the mechanism of threating hyperplasia of prostate with Qianlietong capsule.METHODS The experimental animal model was made by injecting testosterone propionate to castrated male rats subcutaneously.The change of the prostate in weight,volume and histomorphology were observed before and after administering Qianglietong capsule.RESULTS After administering Qianlietong capsule,the weight coefficient and volume of the prostate of these experimental rats was obviously decreased(P<0.001),the height of the glandular epitheliums was obviously depressed(P<0.001),the diameter of glandular cavities was enlarged(PCONCLUSION Qianlietong capsule had significant therpeutic effect on the experimental herplasia of prostate.
