摘  要:硫芥是一种糜烂性毒剂 ,作用于皮肤产生红斑、水疱、坏死 ,并能引起眼、呼吸道、消化道黏膜的组织损伤 ,吸收到体内后出现程度不同的全身中毒。目前尚无特效抗毒剂。研究认为其作用机制可能为 :DNA烃化和糖酵解的抑制、蛋白硫醇_Ca2 + 稳态失调、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)的消耗、活性氧 (reactiveoxygensubstances,ROS)的产生等。细胞凋亡也是近年来其毒理作用机制研究的热点。本文综述了近年来该领域的研究进展 ,以期为我们寻找、制定有效的预防和治疗措施提供一些重要的启示。Sulfur mustard(HD) is a blister agent capable of causing severe injury to human, for which no specific therapy exists. The mechanism of HD poisoning is not well understood. Alkylation of DNA and inhibition of glycolysis, formation of stable DNA adducts, the depletion of glutathione, disturbance of protein thiol and Ca 2+ metabolism, and generation of reactive oxygen species remain theoretic. However, new findings related to the effects of HD on the inflammatory mediators, enzymes and cytokines will also increase our understanding of lesions caused by HD. The nature of the DNA fragments produced suggests that apoptosis represent a component of the pathway of cell death induced by HD. These aspects may have implications for the search of specific therapeutic agents effective in the prevention or treatment of HD poisoning.
