摘　　要：目的 总结国内十年来阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea HypopneaSyndrome,OSAHS)的研究进展,并探讨存在问题。方法 回顾国内外十年来相关文献,并对比国内外发展。结果近十年来国内在OSAHS的研究和临床工作方面取得了长足的进步,但存在有系统认识不足,误诊误治等问题。结论 临床医务人员需要进一步系统培训睡眠医学知识,加强学科间合作。OBJECTIVE To summarize the advancement on obstructive sleep spnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in last decade in China(?)-and to discuss the present problems; METHODS To review the related published papers on OSAHS, and compare the latest advancement in China and that of abroad. RESULTS During the last decade the OSAHS research and clinical work in China were great but there are still some severe problems in this area, e, g., misdianosis and mistreatment are still not rare; CONCLUSION The further systemic sleep medicine training is imperative for medical staff, and the cooperation among all the clinical departments are necessary.
