摘  要:目的 :研究脊髓型颈椎病患者血浆内皮素 ( ET)和一氧化氮 ( NO)含量的变化及其临床意义。方法 :用放射免疫法和 Green法对 48例脊髓型颈椎病患者术前、术后血浆中ET和 NO含量进行检测分析 ,同时测定 45例正常人血浆中 ET和 NO含量。结果 :手术前48例脊髓型颈椎病患者血浆中 ET和 NO均显著高于正常人 ,并且与颈椎病严重程度呈正相关 ,与患病病程无明显相关 ;手术后血浆中的 ET和 NO含量均明显下降 ,接近正常对照组。结论 :ET和 NO参与了脊髓型颈椎病的病理生理过程 ,病情越重 ,ET和 NO的血浆浓度越高。血浆中 ET和Objective:To study the charge of levels of plasma NO and ET and their clinical significance.Methods:Levels of plasma NO and ET were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA)and Green Method in 48 cases with spinal cervial spondylopath before and after the operation,and levels of NO and ET were also detected in 45 normal adults.Results:Levels of NO and ET in 48 cases were higher than that in normal adults and positively related with serious condition of cervical spondylopathy,and diduot related with course of disease.levels of NO and ET significantly decreased after the operation and wase almost same that in normal adults.Conclusion:ET and NO take part in the pathologic and physiologic process of spinal cervical spondylopathy.The more severe the patients condition,the higher the concentration of plasma ET and NO.charges of levels of plasma NO and ET can be used as indication for judgeing serious condition of spinal cervical spondylopathy.
