摘　　要：目的 探讨选择性输卵管造影再通术 (SSG)在治疗女性输卵管性不孕症中的意义。方法 采用美国COOKE公司生产的经阴道输卵管造影插管装置 ,在X线电视监视下行选择性输卵管造影再通术。结果 45例女性不孕病人 ,经HSG证实的输卵管间质部和峡部阻塞 ,行SSG插管成功84.44%、输卵管再通56.14 % ,1年内妊娠30% ,3例在术中发生造影剂逆入。结论 SSG治疗女性输卵管阻塞所致不孕症 ,安全、简便、有效。Objective To explore the clinic value of selective salpingography(SSG)in treatment of female tubal infertility. Methods America Cooke company product of intubation and SSG was employed and SSG was performed monitoring by X-ray. Results Uterine tube interstitial portion and isthmus obstruction were confirmed in45cases of female infertility by hysterosalpingography(HSG)and SSG was performed.The success rate of intubation in SSG was84.44%and uterine tube recanalization rate was56.14%.The pregnance rate was30%within1year.Contrast medium leakage was taken place in3cases. Conclusion SSG is a safe,simple and effective management in treatment of female infertility caused by salpinx obstruction.
