摘　　要：本文在 5所医院医患双方对医疗纠纷的认知情况及医疗纠纷形成过程进行调查的基础上 ,对医疗纠纷的形成和发展过程、医疗纠纷可以被干预的理论和实践基础、医疗纠纷形成的监测与识别、医疗纠纷形成过程的有效干预等问题进行了深入地分析与研究。提出了医疗纠纷可以分期的新观点 ,系统地介绍了医疗纠纷形成的早期预警信号及最佳干预期 ,医疗纠纷各期的干预重点及干预效果的判定依据。构建了医疗纠纷形成过程干预图示 ,为医疗界干预医疗纠纷提供了新观点和新思路。By investigating the forming of medical disputes and recognition between patients and doctors in 5 hospitals, the author analyzed in detail the forming and developing of medical disputes, theory and practical base of intervention, supervision and identification of medical disputes, effective intervention during forming. And put forward new view as the disputes can be divided into different phases. The author systematically introduced the alarm signal in early stage and the best phase for intervention, the key points and effectiveness in each stage. Therefore, the author building up intervention illustration of medical disputes, and gave new viewpoints and idea on intervention of medical disputes.
