摘  要:提出了采用电磁阻尼系统减小悬架系统振动的主动控制方法。通过对带永久磁铁的圆柱形电磁作动器进行动力学分析 ,得出了有效的控制方案。根据实验数据 ,采用最小误差法建立了整个系统的传递函数。实验证明 ,采用数字逻辑控制器和相位提前法控制的电磁阻尼系统能有效地减小单自由度悬架系统的振动。The design and implementation of a magnetic damper system were completed to actively reduce the vibration of a suspension system. A cylindrical-type electromagnetic actuator with a permanent magnet was analyzed and the design of an effective controller was made. An accurate force analysis was carried out to the system. An accurate transfer function for the total system was determined by the experimental data using the error minimization method. The experiment has proved the suspension system with an electromagnetic damper system and a digital controller to be practicable, and shows that the electromagnetic damper system using a phase lead controller is excellent in reducing the vibration of a one-degree-of-freedom suspension system.
