摘　　要：介绍了工艺尺寸式原理及其建立方法。在研究各种尺寸数量之间的关系之后提出工艺尺寸式组概念 ,通过实例由工艺尺寸式组合理地确定出全部工序尺寸及公差 。The principle and method of technological dimension formulas were introduced and a concept on a group of dimension formulas after studying the relation of quantities and dimensions was given. Whole process dimensions and the tolerances can be ensured economically and reasonably by the group of dimension formulas,which provides the basis of theory on computer assistant design process dimension and the tolerance. In the article, it is demonstrated that, in compare with process dimensional chain, the formulas were characterized by no necessity to make a drawing, few mistakes, and convenience to find out the relationship of dimensions.
