摘　　要：尿失禁是神经系统损伤的常见后遗症之一 ,现就有关尿失禁的解剖生理学基础、临床特点。Urinary incontinence was one of sequelae of nervous system lesion.The basic principle of anatomy and physiology,clinical manefestation,mechanism,therapy and rehabilitation of urinary incontinence were summarized in this paper。
