新鲜羊膜移植修复严重皮肤软组织缺损实验观察

摘　　要：为观察人新鲜羊膜移植对动物皮肤软组织缺损创伤愈合的影响 ,在大鼠背部造成无菌创面模型 ,实验组新鲜羊膜移植 ,对照组外敷玉红膏 ,空白对照组不做处理 ,进行肉眼观察和组织学检查 ,了解其病理学变化。结果显示羊膜组创面明显缩小 ,并且有完全愈合 ,肉芽组织较成熟 ,伤口两侧上皮增生较明显。表明羊膜移植对创伤性皮肤软组织缺损具有促进愈合的作用。The objective of the paper is to observe the effect of fresh human amnion grafting on the wound healing animal skin soft tissues defect. Animal models of aseptic wound surface were made on the back of rat; the experimental group was treated by fresh amnion grafting, the control was treated by externally-applied 'YUHONG GAO', and the blank received no treatment; the postoperative pathological changes were observed by naked eyes and histology. The results showed that the wound surfaces in the experimental group lessened remarkably, even some wounds healed completely, the granulation tissues became more mature, and the epithelial proliferation became more obvious, suggesting that fresh human amnion grafting has a stimulative effect on the wound healing of skin soft tissues defect from injury.
