摘　　要：目的 :研究Y 染色体STR基因座在法医学实践中的应用价值 ,对 118名河南汉族男性无关个体的DYS19,DYS3 91,DYS43 9Y STR基因座多态性进行调查。方法 :应用荧光标记引物多重PCR技术和毛细管电泳技术。结果 :DYS19,DYS3 91,DYS43 9三个Y STR基因座分别检出 6,4,3个等位基因 ,三个基因座的基因多样性 (genediversity ,GD)分别为 0 72 17,0 475 4,0 5 780。 118名无关个体中发现 2 8种单倍型 ,其单倍型GD为 0 93 42。结论 :应用荧光标记Y STR复合扩增检验技术在实际检案中具有良好效果。Objective: In order to evaluate the value of Y chromosome STR in forensic science,a study on population genetics and forensic application of three Y-STR lociDYS19,DYS391,DYS439 was performed.Methods: A multiplex PCR to amplify three Y-chomosome STR loci in the same PCR reaction was set up.PCR products were analysised using capillary electrophoresis and GeneScan Software on the ABI Prism310 DNA sequencer.Results: 6,4 and 3 alleles were identified for DYS19,DYS391,DYS439 respectively.The genotypes diversity (GD) of the Y-STR DYS19,DYS391,DYS439 were calculated as 0.7217,0.4754,0.5780.In this study 28 different haplotypes and their frequencies distrubution were obtained and haplotype diversity was calculated as 0.9342.Conclusion: The results of this paper suggest that three Y-STR loci-DYS19,DYS391,DYS439 are useful markers to indentity males and reconstruction of male lineages in forensic practice.
