摘　　要：目的 :观察宫内节育器 GyneFixIN临床应用效果。方法 :3 0 0例妇女随机分为两组 ,研究组放置Gyne FixIN ,对照组放置TCu2 2 0C ,并随访 2 4月 ,比较其副反应及续用率。结果 :两种宫内放置节育器 (intrauterinedevice ,IUD)续用率分别为 98%和 90 % ,两种IUD放置后第 1月 ,副反应发生率较高 ,GyneFixIN以出血为主 ,而TCu2 2 0C以出血和疼痛为主 ,两组比较无差异 ;3个月后 ,GyneFixIN副反应明显减少 ,随访 2年中无节育器脱落 ,疼痛和出血发生率明显低于TCu2 2 0C组 ,两组比较差异有显著性。结论 :GyneFixIN安全、避孕效果好 ,其独特的无支架设计大大降低了副作用和传统IUD的不适感 ,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective: To observe the efficacy of the intrauterine device(IUD)-GyneFix IN. Methods: 300 women were divided into two groups, study group had GyneFix IN implant inserted, control group had fitted with TCu220C. Follow-up were arranged at 1?3?6?12 and 24 months after insertion. Results: The continuity rates of GyneFix IN and TCu220C were 98% and 90%. The side effects were high after one month, bleeding was the main side effect in GyneFix IN, both bleeding and pain in TCu220C. There were no significant in two groups. The side effects decreased in GyneFix IN group after three months, no expulsion in GyneFix IN group at the end of the two years. The rate of pain was lower than TCu220C group. Conclusion: The GyneFix IN is safe and effective, the frameless design minimises the side effects and discomfort experienced with conventional IUD. It could recommended.
