摘  要:目的 探讨反复呼吸道感染 (RRI)患儿T细胞亚群及卡介菌多糖核酸 (BCG PSN ,商品名 :斯奇康 )疗效。方法  6 0例RRI患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各 30例 ,治疗组加用斯奇康治疗 ,用APAAP法测定治疗前后T细胞亚群变化。结果 与正常组比较 ,治疗前RRI患儿CD+ 3 、CD+ 4 百分率及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值显著降低 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,CD+ 8百分率显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;经斯奇康治疗后 ,RRI患儿CD+ 4 百分率及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,CD+ 8百分率显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,与治疗前相比 ,有显著性差异 ,治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 RRI患儿存在细胞免疫功能低下及免疫调节功能紊乱 ,斯奇康可调节T细胞亚群平衡 ,增强机体细胞免疫功能 ,对RRI有显著疗效。Objective To study the T lymphocyte subsets and therapeutic effect of BCG-PSN in recurrent respiratory infection(RRI)children.Methods 60 RRI patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,and 30 cases were treated both with BCG-PSN and conventional therapy,while the other 30 cases only with conventional therapy as controls.T lymphocyte subsets were determined by APAAP method prior to and after the therapy.Results In RRI patients,the percentages of CD + 3,CD + 4 and ratios of CD + 4/CD + 8 decreased markedly,while the percentages of CD + 8 increased significantly compared with the normal controls(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Patients treated with BCG-PSN had a significant increase in the percentages of CD + 4 and ratios of CD + 4/CD + 8,but a significant decrease in the percentages of CD + 8(P<0.01).The therapeutic effects were better than those of controls(P< 0.01). Conclusions Low cellular immune function and immune regulation disorders develop in RRI children,and BCG-PSN is an effective drug by enhancing cellular immune function and improving the balance of T cell subsets in RRI therapy.
