外地劳务人员自杀原因分析及心理支持

摘　　要：目的 了解外地劳务人员自杀原因,并给予相应心理支持,达到正面影响有自杀行为的外地劳务人员适应社会的能力。方法 采用病历——对照研究方法,用自行设计调查表,对115例自杀患者,在情绪稳定后或出院前,由调查人员逐一单独面谈,对自杀死亡者则通过知情人士进行调查。将有自杀行为的外地劳务人员和非外地劳务人员的相关资料进行对照分析。结果 有自杀行为的外地劳务人员和非外地劳务人员在年龄、婚姻、自杀原因等方面存在着显著性意义(P<0.005);心理支持能帮助自杀未遂患者恢复自信,安全度过心理创伤期。结论 采用解释、倾听、诱导宣泄、安慰劝告等措施对恢复自杀未遂患者心理和社会功能具有积极的作用。Objective To know what makes workers from other places to suicide,and give corresponding mental support so as to improve their adaptive ability to the society. Metbods Using the comparing case-histories and designing inquistional chart,the researchers talking with 115 suicides one by one when they were calm or just before they left the hospital. If the suicides died,the researchers would get corre- sponding information from people who known him. After all the above had been done, the researchers would analyze the data by comparing suicides from other places with ones from suicides'native place. Re- sults There were great differences between suicides from other places and native suicides in the follow- ing aspects: age,marriage,suicide cause and so on. (P<0. 005). Mental support can help suicides to re- gain their self-confidence and to spend the period of mental hurt. Conclusion It is helpful to resume the suicides'mental functions and social functions, to explain,listen,abreact,and comfort to them etc.
