摘　　要：目的　评价更昔洛韦治疗婴儿症状性巨细胞病毒感染的疗效。 方法　 观察组 (2 3例 )给予更昔洛韦治疗 ,对照组 (2 2例 )给予病毒唑 +双黄连治疗。 结果　 观察组抗CMV -IgM转阴率 86 96 % ,对照组抗CMV -IgM转阴率 2 2 73% (χ2 =18 79　 P <0 0 5 ) ,呈显著差异。 结论　疗效显著 。Objective To evaluate the effect of ganciclovir on cytomegalovirus symptomatic infection in infants. Methods Forty five cases of cytomegalovirus symptomatic infection were divided into two groups, the observed groups(n=23) were treated with ganciclovir ,the control groups(n=22) were treated with virazole and shuanghuanglian. Results After treatment the negative rate of the observed groups was 86.96% ,the negative rate of the control groups was 22.73%, there was significant difference (χ 2=18.79,P<0 05) .Conclusion It was safe and effective to treat cytomegalovirus infection with ganciclovir.
