摘　　要：目的　回顾分析 12例胸部外科术后乳糜胸的保守治疗。 方法　12例患者每日引流量 5 0 0ml～ 12 0 0ml。采用顺铂水针剂 80～ 10 0mg胸腔灌注并 12h夹管。 结果　11例在短期内治愈。疗程 3～ 7d ,无任何并发症及后遗症。 1例治疗无效及时改手术治疗痊愈。 结论　顺铂水针剂胸腔灌注治疗胸部外科术后乳糜胸具有安全、有效、简单、无痛苦的特点 ,值得临床推广应用。Objective We retrospecitvely analysed the conservative management of 12 cases of chylothorax after chest surgery.Methods The daily drainage output of all 12 patients were within 500～1200ml.Cisplatin was used as a 80～100mg injection to the thoracic cavity and the drainage tube was closed within following 12 hours.Results 11 cases were cared during 3～7 days and no complication occured.1 patient had no effect conservatively and had to be reoperated.Conclusion The infusion of cisplatin for chylothorax treating is an alternative therapy with good effect、safety、 simple procedure and less complication.
