摘　　要：目的　探讨高压舱内机械通气在气管插管脑功能衰竭患者抢救中的应用及其疗效。方法　采用意大利产Siaretron1 0 0 0型高压舱内专用呼吸机救治多种原因所致有气管插管脑功能衰竭患者 9例。结果　 9例中有 4例患者Glasgow评分超过 1 3分 ,总治愈率达 4 6 .7%。结论　高压舱内机械通气的使用 ,为有气管插管的脑功能障碍患者的早期抢救提供了一种切实、安全。Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of cerebral functional failure with trachea intubation in hyperbaric chamber. Methods We used Siaretron 1000 ventilator (made in Italy) to treat 9 cases of cerebral functional failure with trachea intubation in mutiple hyperbaric chamber. Results Glasgow scales was over 13 points in 4 cases of 9 cases, the total curability was 46.7%.Conclusions The application of mechanical ventilation in hyperbaric chamber is a trusty and safe method in the early salvage of cerebral functional failure with trachea intubation.
