摘 要:在竞技体育中,运动训练导致的自由基增加是造成运动性疲劳、运动性贫血以及其它身体机能低下状态的重要因素。如何消除和抵抗运动训练产生的大量自由基对运动能力的不利影响是当前竞技体育中的研究热点。本实验对游泳大鼠灌服六周中药以探讨中药对肾脏及骨骼肌自由基代谢的影响。实验结果表明:1)中药显著提高大鼠游泳的时间,对提高运动能力具有积极意义;2)运动训练引起骨骼肌、肾脏MDA生成增加,对这些组织细胞膜的损伤增加;3)中药灌服提高了大鼠股四头肌和肾脏SOD及GSH-PX的活性,促进骨骼肌和肾脏对自由基的消除能力;4)中药灌服有利于抵抗运动训练造成的自由基生成增加对机体的不利影响,对维持和提高运动能力十分有利。In competitive sports, the increase of free radicals caused by training attributes to exercise fatigue, exercise anaemia and reduced physical functions. It has become a hot issue in competitive sports as to how to eliminate and resist the unfavorable influences of free radicals on sport competence. In this experiment, swimming rats are filled Chinese medicine for 6 weeks to explore the effect of Chinese medicine on rats' kidneys and muscle free radical metabolism. The result shows that (1) Chinese medicine can notably improve rats' swimming time, hence enhancing sport competence greatly; (2) exercise can lead to the increase in bone muscles and kidney MDA as well as the injuries in the tissue cells; (3) The filling of Chinese medicine raises the flexibility of Musculus quadriceps femon's, SOD and GSH-PX, thus promoting the elimination of free radicals; (4) The filling of Chinese medicine is of benefit to resist the development of free radicals caused by exercise and lessen the unfavorable influences on the body, which is beneficial to maintain and improve sport competence.
