摘  要:目的 调查农村社区婴幼儿辅食添加的健康教育现状 ,并对传播媒介及其信息进行行为诊断与分析。方法 随机抽取西安市 4个乡 196名婴幼儿主要看护人进行问卷调查 ,了解其对辅食添加的认知水平及知识的来源。结果 农村社区小儿家长原获取知识途径与乐于接受途径间除电视和医生培训外其余 5项间差别均有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5 ) ,小儿家长初中文化程度 12 3人 ( 6 2 7% ) ,职业为农民者 15 0人 ( 76 5 % ) ,辅食添加信息中有 8人 ( 4 1% )不想了解辅食添加知识 ,2 6人 ( 13 3% )不愿意向医生咨询有关辅食添加知识。 4 7 4 %的人在 11月至次年 2月为空闲时间 ,4 6 4 %的小儿家长在 19~ 2 1时可接受健康教育。结论 采用群众喜闻乐见的媒体进行健康知识的传播 。Objective we survey the educational condition of adding accesary foods to infants in rural community,and diagnose and analyze the spreading media as well as related information.Methods By questionnairing 196 guardians from 3 towns and 1 country of Xi′an city,we get to know their cognition of adding accesary foods and the source of information.Results Accepting the publicizing of TV and the training of doctors,the other 5 ways of the obtaining knowledge and the ways by which they would like to get information are very meaningful.Among the parents of infants 123 have studied in junior school,150 are peasants,8 people won′t get to know about the adding accesary foods,and 26 are hesitate to consult the related information from doctors.47.4% of the subjects have spare time from November to the next February,and 46.4% can accept the education between 19 and 21 o′clock.Conclusion It is an effective measure to improve the level of adding accesary foods and health education by spreading knowledge with all liked media.
