芪乐滴鼻剂治疗变应性鼻炎的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察芪乐滴鼻剂治疗变应性鼻炎的近期疗效。方法　选择确诊为常年性变应性鼻炎的患者 6 5例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 36例应用芪乐滴鼻剂 ,对照组 2 9例应用二丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂 ;用计分法于用药前及用药后 2周对两组患者积分。结果　两组用药前、后积分均值间差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。Objective Astragalus monholicus liquor and Beclomethasone Dipropionate powder are compounded GL nose drop,and to investigate its therapeutic effect.Methods The case of analysed,65 PAR selected patients random divided into two groups.Treatment group(36 cases) is given GL nose drop and control group(29 cases) BDP nasal spray.The counting score method is used integration everyday.Results Significant difference was seen in the therapeutic effect after treatment,and no significant difference between two groups in the equal treatment period.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between two groups.Conclusion GL drop has quite satisfied clinical effect.
