摘　　要：提出一种基于双时钟的CDMA移动通信网络的拥塞软处理方法.该方法硬件实现简单,能动态分配移动通信网络资源,及时解除网络拥塞,使系统稳定工作.实验结果表明,该方法有效地保证了移动通信网络的服务质量,具有缓解拥塞时间、呼叫等待处理时间短以及呼损率低等特点.A double-clock-based congestion control method for CDMA mobile communication networks is proposed. The control model can be realized easily on hardware. The method is simulated on an experimental system and its performance is analyzed. It is proved that the model can allocate bandwidth dynamically, utilize resource effectively, eliminate congestion on time with double clock, ensure the QoS of CDMA mobile communication networks. It makes cell drop ratio less, waiting time shorter and congestion be free quickly.
