The Influence of Electroacupuncturing Neiguan on A Change in Rat Myocardial Ultrastructure due to Pressure Overload

摘  要:目的 探讨电针内关穴对压力负荷增加引起大鼠左心室肥厚及心肌组织超微结构改变的影响。方法 大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电针组和西药组 ,建立压力负荷模型 ,分别接受不同的实验分组处理。电针组针刺双侧内关穴。观测各组大鼠左室质量指数 ( L VMI)、血压 ( BP)和心室超微结构的改变。结果 电针组和西药组的 L V-MI和 BP明显低于模型组 ( P<0 .0 1)。电针组的 L VMI和 BP与西药组相比没有显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。电针组和西药组心肌超微结构的变化都明显受到抑制。Purpose To investigate the influence of electroacupuncturing point Neiguan on left ventricular hypertrophy and a change in myocardial ultrastructure duo to pressure overload in rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into sham operation, model, elctroacupuncture and Western medicine groups. A model of pressure load was set up and treated according to the group it fell into. The elctroacupuncture group was treated by needling bilateral points Neiguan. Left ventricular mass index (LVMI), blood pressure (BP) and a change in ventricular ultrastructure were observed in each group. Results LVMI and BP were significantly lower in the elctroacupuncture and Western medicine groups than in the model group ( P <0.01). There were no significant differences in LVMI and BP between the elctroacupuncture and Western medicine groups ( P >0.05). A change in ventricular ultrastructure was markedly inhibited in both elctroacupuncture and Western medicine groups. Conclusion Electroacupuncturing point Neiguan can effectively prevent and treat left ventricular hypertrophy duo to pressure overload.
