摘 要:采用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为共溶剂将两种不同的生物高分子L-聚乳酸(PLLA)和明胶混合在一起,扫描电镜(SEM)研究结果表明两种组分共混时存在着明显的相分离。当明胶含量在5%以下时,明胶为分散相,明胶粒子在共混膜中的尺寸为几百纳米。PLLA用DMSO溶解后,在重新干燥的过程中,PLLA的堆积结构会发生变化,它的玻璃化转变温度由56℃变为38℃。共混膜中混入的明胶含量在5%以内时,在保持聚乳酸力学性能的同时,可以降低聚乳酸的接触角,改善聚乳酸的亲水性。DMSO was selected as co-solvent of PLLA and gelatin. PLLA and gelatin were successfully blended with solution casting method, and scanning electron microscopy measurement indicated that the size of phase separation of PLLA/gelatin blending films is in the range of several nanometers. The glass transition temperature of PLLA changes from 56 ℃ to 38 ℃. It is argued that the incorporation of gelatin does not affect the crystalline behavior of PLLA. When gelatin content is less than 5%, blending films not only retains a good mechanical property, but also improves the hydrophilicity of PLLA.
