摘 要:研究了乙基氰乙基纤维素/四氢呋喃溶液((E-CE)C/THF)的高压静电场纺丝,制备出直径分布范围为0.25μm~0.75μm的纤维素纤维。通过对纺丝前的乙基氰乙基纤维素和纺丝后所得到的纤维的表征,证明了在高压静电场作用下,乙基氰乙基纤维素分子结构未发生变化。高压静电场作用后乙基氰乙基纤维素结晶度随电场强度的增加先增加后减小。同时,用SEM进一步表征了乙基氰乙基纤维素纤维的结构。Electrospinning method was used to get polymer fibers from ethyl-cyanoethyl cellulose [(E-CE)C]/tetrahydrofuran (THF) solutions. It was found that there is no difference between raw material and the fiber in chemical structure after electrospinning in a high voltage electrostatic field. The crystallinity of the fiber is higher than that of the film prepared from the same solution and it is increased at the beginning with increasing the electrostatic field voltage. But it is decreased with further increasing the voltage. SEM photographs show that there are some micro pores on the surface and the cross-section of the fibers, which resulted from the volatilization of the THF solvent. It could also be found that the diameter distribution of the fibers is located in the range from (0.25) μm to (0.75) μm.
