摘 要:成功地利用超声波对天然橡胶进行了硫化,所得试件展示了与传统硫化方法制得的试件相同的性能,但该工艺表现出许多传统硫化方法所不具备的优点。用滞后能量损失理论及声化学作用,解释了超声硫化的机理。得到了最佳硫化压力。Conventional vulcanization process of rubber has several significant shortcomings. In present paper, a trial was made to vulcanize natural rubber with the application of ultrasonic energy. The products exhibited same properties as those that were vulcanized using conventional process. However, ultrasonic vulcanization process demonstrates many advantages over the traditional vulcanization methods. Energy generated due to phase difference between strain and stress and sonochemical reaction within the compound was considered resulting in the vulcanization of the rubber. Experiments show that the optimum vulcanization pressure of ultrasonic process is (1.6) MPa.
