摘 要:结合CAE及TaguchiDOE技术研究工艺参数对注塑制品体收缩率变化(制品中体收缩率的最大值与最小值的差值)的影响并获得优化的工艺参数以使制品的体收缩率变化最小。文中采用L9(34)正交矩阵进行实验,并研究了各个参数对制品体收缩率变化的影响程度,对于所选参数,保压压力和模具温度对注塑制品的体收缩率变化的影响较大。Getting optimum process conditions is the key to improve the part quality. Shrinkage is one of several important indexes determining the quality of injection molded parts, and non-uniform shrinkage in the cavity is a main cause of the part warpage. In this paper, CAE and Taguchi DOE (design of experiment) technique were combined to investigate the influence of process conditions on the volumetric shrinkage variation in injection molded part and optimize the process conditions by using an industry product. An L9(3~4)orthogonal array design based on the Taguchi method was conducted to minimize the volumetric shrinkage variation of injection-molded parts and the significance of each factor on the volumetric shrinkage variation was investigated. For the factors selected in the main experiments, holding pressure time and mold temperature were found to be the principal factors affecting the volumetric shrinkage variation of the injection molded parts.
