摘　　要：分析了工作流管理系统柔性方面的具体要求，归纳出柔性的两个方面：建模技术和系统执行，并提出了抽象建模方法，该方法描述各个业务的共同部分，在流程运行中定义流程的临时路径，具有很好的柔性。最后提出了一个系统的体系结构。This paper analyses request on suppleness in workflow system, sums up two points in suppleness : modeling technology,system ,and brings forward a abstract modeling way. The abstract modeling draws the outline of the same part of all operation instances,It makes us define modeling freely. At last this paper designs a structure of workflow system.
