摘  要: 采用原位聚合法合成了不同碳纳米管(CNT)含量的碳纳米管/聚丙烯腈(CNT/PAN)复合材料,并利用X光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外、红外、扫描电镜等对产物进行了表征。结果表明:在原位聚合反应中,碳纳米管与PAN形成化学键合,大量碳纳米管均匀地分布在基体PAN内部,与PAN形成了良好的界面。Carbon nanotubes (CNT)/polyacrylonitrile (PAN) composite was prepared by means of in situ polymerization. UV-Vis, infrared(IR) spectra and scanning electron microscope(SEM) were employed to characterize the obtained CNT/PAN composite . The result of XPS shows: the oxygen-containing functional groups appear on CNT surfaces after the nitration; moreover, CNT could bond together with PAN during the in-situ polymerization, which make a uniform dispersion of CNT in the PAN matrix. It is found that the UV absorbance value of CNT/PAN increase with the increasing CNT content of and the absorbance peak is in more evidence. Moreover, the wavelength of absorbance moves from 260 nm to 264 nm. With the accession of CNT, the IR absorbance peak responding to the hydrogen bond between PAN molecules shifts from 3 519.72 cm^(-1) to 3 455.89 cm^(-1), which means CNT has been concerned with the polymerization of PAN. The SEM observation shows that CNT disperses uniformly in the PAN matrix and there is a well definded interface between CNT and PAN. The molecular weight of polymer and the joining of CNT effect on the rheological properties.
